Therapy is an investment in your well-being, one that has the potential to bring profound, lasting benefits to your life. I understand that it is a financial commitment as well. I am dedicated to getting clients to the solution as quickly as possible. In my experience, spending too much time talking about the challenges can feel unhelpful and repetitive for many clients. I take a focused approach so you can feel like every session is impactful and forward moving.
For many people, the goal of going to therapy is to get out of therapy. I fully support this and one of the things that I love most about the modalities that I use with clients is they help you develop tools that allow you to be self sufficient and not reliant on a therapist.
Whether you're looking for healing around one specific issue or wanting more of a long term supportive relationship, the investment in therapy can provide invaluable returns.
I offer the flexibility of in-person and virtual therapy via secure video.
Initial Assessment (55-minute session): $175
Ongoing Therapy (55-minute session): $150
I do not accept insurance, but if you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please note that insurance companies typically require a mental health diagnosis to qualify for coverage. We can discuss this further during your first session if you want to use your insurance for out-of-network benefits.
Under the No Surprises Act, you are entitled to a “Good Faith Estimate” of the charges for the services provided to you. A therapist can't know, in advance, how many sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person upon initiating therapy. Your total cost of services will depend upon the number of sessions you attend, your circumstances, and the type and amount of services that are provided to you. This estimate is not a contract and does not obligate you to obtain any services listed, nor does it include any services rendered to you not identified here.
